KAJJO COFFEE
At Kajjo Coffee, we take pride in being one of the first major coffee businesses in northern Syria that constantly strives to grow in an ever-changing region. Building on a 20-year experience in coffee roasting and grinding, this new venture of Kajjo Coffee's seeks to bring the culture of coffee in our region to a whole new level. When we first started our business in 1998 in a small shop in the town of Amude, our goal was to cater a fine product to a small but dedicated clientele. Twenty years later, we keep the same promise of producing only fine coffee, but now to serve a much larger market in northern Syria and beyond. One of our main business objectives is to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship in our region and inspire others to bring out the best in themselves. What makes us unique is our dedication to serve our local community and help others grow in their respective fields.
How we Make our Coffee
KAJJO, COFFEE & BBREWER
Kajjo Coffee uses the finest Arabica coffee beans in all of its products. For a richer taste, we keep a medium balance in the roasting process. Before grinding our beans, we add a considerable amount of cardamom to the mix for achieving maximum coffee bean aroma and flavor. However, we separately make coffee products without cardamom to meet all tastes.
